When we last talked I had sent yet another email back to Nicole. I had received acceptable answers as to how she found out that I own www.phpbb2mods.com, and more information about the service she was offering. I still haven’t heard back from Google (big surprise, they’re really slow at times) but this domain doesn’t use Adsense anyway. The last thing to be resolved was price.

Here are the stats that I sent Nicole for her to review. These statistics were generated by Urchin and span the entire year (2007) to date for this domain.

This is far from being my busiest site. In fact, there is really not a lot going on over there right now. Yet, Nicole seems interested in putting ads from her company in the footer. The ads can be styled so that they match the look and feel of the site. The ads will have nothing whatsoever to do with the site. Is that a good thing?

I feel another blog post coming on, but for now I have told Nicole that I want to give it a trial run. Oh, and the most interesting news? She offered an actual figure. I won’t share it here until I find out if I can, per their rules or terms of service and so on. But it was enough that I felt like it would be worth a try.

It’s at least one pizza a month I won’t have to pay for myself.
