Can Read Manuals… you picked an interesting way to make your first comment on my blog.

If you did read the post, then you saw that I already mentioned it’s an “opt-in” feature. I also know that you can turn it off after you do opt in, if you choose to do so.

I’m wondering where you got the idea that this was a security concern, since I raised it as a privacy issue. There’s not a single element of the post that implies that it’s a security risk.

Never in my life have any of my home computers been connected to the Internet. I guess Apple won’t get to find out to what I listen, since I buy CDs too.

You can turn the feature off if you don’t want a genius in your life. I think you should publish some of your playlists… I’ll let you know if you are a genius. I’m guessing you are more ‘ball scratcher’ than ‘genius’… another ’security’ concern that isn’t.
